1. Claudia Charriez


It’s hard to believe that Claudia Charriez was indeed born a man and despite her birth as a man, her transsexuality did not get in the way of becoming a top class model and especially, an international model for that matter. Charriez, whom The Janice Dickinson Modeling Agency TV and America’s Next Top Model shows kicked off in 2008, later went on to win the America’s Next Top Transsexual Model contest, thanks to Tyra Banks and her modeling show. Argentinian Florencia De La V formerly known as Roberto Carlos Trinidad began life in 1976 but, has since held the place of one of the most distinguished transgendered actresses in the world. Caroline “Tula” Cossey (formerly known as Barry Kenneth Cossey) is a British model and a well-known transwoman in the world. In addition to Playboy, she has featured in editorials for Vogue magazine and appeared on runways for various fashion houses, including Thierry Mugler, Guy Laroche, Jean Paul Gaultier and was voted the most beautiful woman in Brazil. Born Darrell Walls in October of 1985, American fashion model Isis King came into the spotlight when she became the first transgender contestant ever to appear on the modeling reality show America’s Next Top Model. Serbian Australian model Andrej Pejic is partly male and partly female in appearance and famous for his ability to model both male and female clothing.
